It does happen at times that tables will crash or become corrupted in your Mysql database. phpMyAdmin in many cases can repair and recover these tables, and it is quite easy.
Login to your hosting control panel
Select "Databases" in left hand menu
Click phpMyAdmin
Select your database > Mark Tables That Are Crashed > With Selected: Repair
In that example picture the tables are not actually marked as crashed. But they are easily identifiable and clearly marked if actually crashed.
