You can change user's permission through your Control Panel. Follow the steps bellow to change any of your database's user permission:

1. Login to your control panel
2. Go to Databases
3. Click User Management from right side of the screen
4. Click on the database username which you wish to manage
5. Select the Database
6. Check/uncheck any privileges you want to grant/revoke to the user.
   
Here are the list of privileges:
   

•    Select
•    Insert
•    Update
•    Delete
•    Structure Access
•    Create
•    Drop
•    References
•    Alter
•    Index
•    Create Temporary Tables
•    Lock Tables
•    Create View
•    Show View
•    Create Routine
•    Alter Routine
•    Execute
•    Event
•    Trigger

7. Click OK
