Creating a Database through Plesk control panel is easy. The MySQL version used in Plesk is 5.5.52.
✪ Log into your control panel.
✪ Click on the 'Websites & Domains'.
✪ Click the Databases button.
✪ Click on the Add New Database button.
✪ Enter a name for your database in the Database name field.
✪ After that you can select a website on which the database will be used in the Related site box. This is convenient if you have a lot of sites and databases because you will see which database is used by which site right on the Databases page.
✪ Once you have created your database, you need to create a user that has permissions to work with this database. A database must have at least one user account associated with it. Otherwise, it will be impossible to access the database. Assign a database username and password for your database user.
To use the database user for accessing any of your databases, select User has access to all databases within the selected subscription.
