You should expect no more than 43 minutes of unscheduled downtime on any given month on all of our combined services. You are entitled for a 5% of service credit on your monthly hosting fees for every 0.2% (86 minutes) of unscheduled downtime beyond our uptime guarantee of 99.9%.
